MEET HALEY

My name is Haley and I am a wife, mom, and former attorney turned health and fitness fanatic. It has been a long time coming and I am beyond ready to help YOU no longer feel stuck or consumed by your diet. My goal is to show you sustainable ways to become healthier, stronger, and better overall!

​As long as I can remember I have always been passionate about food and fitness, but it wasn’t until this past year that I realized I had detoured away from my law career 3 times to do something with my passion. Right out of law school, I started my own health food company called Veggicrust where I made pizza crust out of cauliflower. A couple years later, I got certified to become a spin instructor and taught 10 classes a week. Then two years ago, I decided to start my own healthy Instagram account sharing easy healthy recipes and tips for busy moms (follow along on @redefinedmamma).

​My passion has finally lead me to create The Redefined Routine: relatable and sustainable health coaching for all women. Teaching other women healthy habits and learning how to create a sustainable lifestyle around food and fitness is exactly where I needed to be.
 

After having 3 babies back-to-back, I have never seen my body go through so much transformation. My passion for a healthy life took on a new purpose. I had held onto a lot of weight and I was starting to feel it in my back and joints. I no longer wanted to be skinny, I wanted to be STRONG. Strong for my kids, but strong for myself too. I wanted the strength to lift my babies out of the crib without back pain, I wanted the energy to chase my toddlers around the park without sitting on the bench, and I wanted to create a lifestyle that set me up to enjoy my kids and their kids for years to come.
 

Once I started following my own program, I realized I will never have to go on a diet, cut out food groups, workout every single day or skip meals just to look good. Once I learned the science behind macros and pairing my workouts with my nutrition, my body started to truly transform. I am so excited to teach you this lifestyle- that you can have the cookie, or your favorite drink and not derail your goals. Join me today and let’s transform your life together!
