Crispy Egg Roll Swirl (High Protein + Lean)
Your go-to egg roll in a bowl… made lighter with 93/7 beef and turned into a crispy, air-fried swirl. This is one of those meals that feels indulgent but keeps you completely on track.

Ingredients:
Egg Roll in a Bowl:
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 frozen cubes)
1 tbsp ginger, minced (or 1 frozen cube)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 cup matchstick carrots
¼ cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2 eggs, scrambled
For the Swirl (per serving):
3 rice paper wrappers
1 egg
2 tbsp water
Toppings:
Green onions
Sesame seeds or Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Sriracha
Directions:
Step 1: Make the Egg Roll in a Bowl
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add 93/7 ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in coleslaw mix and carrots. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened.
Add coconut aminos and mix well.
Push mixture to one side, scramble eggs on the other side, then combine.
Step 2: Build the Crispy Swirl (1 serving)
Scoop out 1 serving (divide into fourths) of the egg roll mixture.
In a shallow bowl/plate, whisk 1 egg with 2 tbsp water.
Dip rice paper wrappers into the mixture until soft.
Lay 3 wrappers slightly overlapping on a greased surface.
Add filling in a line across the center.
Step 3: Roll + Air Fry
Roll into a long log, then swirl into a spiral. Top with sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning.
Place in air fryer at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Finish
Top with green onions, and sriracha.
