Apple Protein Nachos
Total Macros: Calories: 333 kcal , Protein: 15g , Carbs: 46g, Fat: 12.5g , Fiber: 11g
INGREDIENTS:
1 honeycrisp apple
¼ cup Fage plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp PB2
2 tbsp protein granola (I used Catalina crunch peanut butter)
2 tbsp lily’s dark chocolate chips
1 tsp honey
DIRECTIONS:
1. With a mandolin or sharp knife, cut apple into thin slices. Lay flat on plate.
2. Mix pb2, Greek yogurt, and 2-3 tbsp water together until a good saucy texture forms.
3. Pour pb mixture over apple slices, top with granola, chocolate chips, and honey.
4. Sit on couch and share with your kids (or don’t 😊)
