PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE PROTEIN BOWL

INGREDIENTS:
½ CUP COTTAGE CHEESE, 2-4%
¼ CUP GREEK YOGURT, 2%
1 TSP MAPLE SYRUP
1 TBSP PUMPKIN PUREE
½ TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1/8 CUP CATALINA CRUNCH CEREAL, HONEY GRAHAM
1 TBSP CHOPPED PECANS
1 TBSP COCOWHIP (or whip cream)
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. If you prefer a smooth texture, place in blender and pulse until blended.
2. Top with cereal, pecans, and whip cream. ENJOY!
