Crisp cinnamon apples, creamy salted caramel yogurt and crunchy granola give you all the caramel-apple flavor, while protein, chia seeds and fiber help keep you full until dinner.

Ingredients
½ cup FAGE Total 2% Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ medium apple, finely diced
Cinnamon, to taste
2 tablespoons Purely Elizabeth Cinnamon Toast Protein Granola
Don’t have salted caramel protein? Use ½ scoop vanilla protein powder, 1–2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel syrup and a tiny pinch of sea salt.
Directions
Toss the diced apple with cinnamon until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, protein powder and chia seeds until smooth. Add a small splash of milk or water if the mixture is thicker than you prefer.
Top the yogurt mixture with the cinnamon apples and granola.
Enjoy immediately while the granola is nice and crunchy!
