Cauliflower Crust Pizza

(The Right Way + My Story)

  • Calories: 380

  • Protein: 32g

  • Carbs: 22g

  • Fat: 12g

  • Fiber: 7g


Ingredients


  • 2 cups riced cauliflower

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp parmesan

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt


Directions


  1. Microwave cauliflower and let it cool

  2. SQUEEZE OUT ALL WATER (most important step)

  3. Mix with egg and cheese

  4. Form crust on parchment paper

  5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes

  6. Add toppings

  7. Bake for another 5–7 minutes


Tip


If you don’t squeeze the water out… it will fail.


You don’t need to cut out pizza to lose fat.


You just need a better way to build it.
