Ingredients
5 oz 99% lean ground chicken
Garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning
2 tbsp marinara
¼ cup mozzarella
Veggies of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Press chicken into a thin crust on parchment paper
Bake for 12–15 minutes
Drain liquid if needed
Add toppings
Bake for another 5 minutes
Tip
Keep it thin for the best texture.
