(High Protein, Low Carb, Fat Loss Favorite)


If you’re in a fat loss phase and want something super filling, this is it.High protein, low carb, and still feels like pizza.

  • Calories: 380

  • Protein: 45g

  • Carbs: 12g

  • Fat: 13g

  • Fiber: 6g


Ingredients


  • 5 oz 99% lean ground chicken

  • Garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp marinara

  • ¼ cup mozzarella

  • Veggies of choice


Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Press chicken into a thin crust on parchment paper

  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes

  4. Drain liquid if needed

  5. Add toppings

  6. Bake for another 5 minutes


Tip


Keep it thin for the best texture.


You don’t need to cut out pizza to lose fat.


You just need a better way to build it.
