Hot Honey and Meatball Lavash Pizza

Ingredients
1 Joseph’s lavash wrap
2 tbsp Rao’s marinara (or any pizza sauce)
½ cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
¼ onion, sliced (I also added mushrooms but optional!)
Olive oil spray
2 Amylu Italian chicken meatballs, sliced
1 tbsp hot honey
Optional: spicy/sweet pepper drops
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice the bell pepper and onion, then sauté in a pan with olive oil spray until softened and lightly caramelized.
Place the lavash on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread the marinara evenly across the lavash.
Add the sautéed peppers and onions, sliced Amylu meatballs, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Drizzle with hot honey and add optional pepper drops if you like extra heat and sweetness.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy. Serve with my HIGH PROTEIN RANCH for next level.
