Sweet Potato Pizza
(High Protein + High Fiber for Fat Loss)
If you’re constantly hungry or snacking at night, this is the pizza you need.The sweet potato base gives you fiber and volume so you stay full longer—without feeling like you’re “dieting.”

Calories: 420
Protein: 34g
Carbs: 45g
Fat: 12g
Fiber: 9g
Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato
2 tbsp marinara
¼ cup part-skim mozzarella
4 oz cooked chicken or lean protein
Handful of arugula or spinach
Red pepper flakes
High-volume veggies of choice (zucchini, broccoli, peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Roast sweet potato whole for 35–40 minutes until soft
Place on parchment paper, then add another sheet of parchment on top
Use a large skillet to smash the entire potato flat (including the skin)
Bake again for 10 minutes to crisp
Add sauce, cheese, and protein
Bake for 5–7 more minutes or broil on high for 2–3 minutes
Top with greens and chili flakes
Tip
The thinner you smash it, the crispier it gets.
You don’t need to cut out pizza to lose fat.
